Booking Policy

At Beautiful Luxe Hair Company (BLHC), we value your time as much as you value ours. To maintain our commitment to providing an exceptional experience for each client:

SCHEDULING & DEPOSITS

A reservation deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your final service total. We uphold a 24-hour scheduling courtesy policy. Please input the name of the person being serviced at the time of booking or in the appointment notes.

ARRIVAL AND SERVICE PREPARATION

Clients should arrive no more than five minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless your service states otherwise. Extra fees may apply for detangling or prep outside standard service time in the event the detangling service has not been added to your service at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for booking the correct service. If you select the wrong service and the time does not allow correction, your appointment may be canceled. BLHC and its stylists are not responsible for incorrect service selections.

OUTSIDE PRODUCT POLICY

To ensure the safety, consistency, and quality of services provided at Beautiful Luxe Hair Company, clients may not bring outside hair or scalp products to their appointment.

The only exception is for products prescribed by a licensed medical professional. In such cases, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Clearly display the client’s name

  • Be used solely as directed by the prescribing professional

Beautiful Luxe Hair Company reserves the right to decline the use of any outside product that does not meet these requirements or that may compromise service results or safety.

WALK-IN SERVICES

Beautiful Luxe is an appointment-based salon. Appointments are on a first come first first-served basis with no cancellation waitlist available. It would be best to call the establishment to confirm before arriving without a scheduled appointment. 

RESCHEDULING

Each appointment may be rescheduled only once, with a minimum 24-hour notice. Any additional rescheduling requests will result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of your appointment

  • Forfeiture of your deposit

  • The requirement to secure a new appointment with a new deposit

Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.

REFUNDS

SALON ENVIRONMENT

To maintain our serene atmosphere, we welcome only clients receiving services. Please refrain from bringing children or additional guests to the appointment. This allows us to provide the focused, luxurious experience you deserve.

Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the appointment, and you will have to reschedule. Clients should never arrive with products unless they are medicated and prescribed by their doctor, and the products must have their name on the bottle. Under no other circumstances should clients be providing products for their services. 

CLIENTS PROVIDING PRODUCTS

CLIENT BOOKING AGREEMENT

To maintain our commitment to providing an exceptional experience for every guest, please review the following policies prior to booking:

• All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services.

• All clients must arrive no more than five (5) minutes before their scheduled service time.

• Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Each client is permitted one (1) reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. Additional reschedule requests will result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Arrivals 10 or more minutes late will incur a $15 late fee.

• Arrivals 20 or more minutes late will result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

• Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service at the time of booking.

• I agree not to hold Beautiful Luxe Hair Company, its staff members, or stylists responsible if I have scheduled an incorrect service for my hair needs

By submitting your appointment request and deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Beautiful Luxe Hair Company (BLHC) booking and cancellation policies, including the age requirement. Your deposit serves as your electronic signature confirming this agreement.
